Program Evaluation

TCER subscribes to the idea that evaluation begins before the project starts.  Our experienced evaluation team is with you every step of the way.  In collaboration with the project team, we develop a thorough and rigorous evaluation plan, assist with data collection, inform survey design, and work with the project team to ensure the evaluation meets the needs of all the stakeholders.

Logic Model Development

Logic models send shivers down the spines of many people, but here at the TCER, we LOVE them! Logic models are a great way to show the relationship between your program activities and the intended outcomes. Let us help you develop a logic model for your next grant application or program development model.

Evaluation and Research Plan Design

TCER prides itself on its embedded model of research and evaluation plan development.  We are a member of your team from initial program inception to the final evaluation report.  We are well-versed in federal and state reporting requirements and have over 15 years of evaluation experience. Evaluations and research plans are designed with your program in mind – feasible, accountable, and in alignment with your grant’s reporting guidelines.

Needs Assessments

With over 15 years of evaluation and research experience, we know needs assessments!  Are you thinking about developing a grant proposal and not sure of the community need?  Does your grant require you to do a needs assessment?  Never fear – TCER is here to help you develop an effective needs assessment.

Case studies, fact sheets, and success stories

Case studies, fact sheets and success stories are valuable tools for effectively highlighting projects and programming. Fact sheets and success stories tend to be direct, to the point, and relatively short in length. Case studies tend to be a bit more involved as their main function is to describe a project or program in a comprehensive manner.

Any of these publications can be standalone products or they can serve as complementary additions to larger reports. Our evaluators will work with you at the beginning of a project to determine what types of publications best serve your program’s dissemination and diffusion goals.

Meeting Facilitation

TCER is well-known for our meeting facilitators.  Are you grappling with an issue?  Need to revisit your vision?  Or do you need to re-tool to meet new performance requirements?  We provide competent and caring facilitators to ensure your needs are met.  We are available for half-, full-day, and longer meeting facilitation.
